Follow these steps to complete your account setup and start using PULSEIntel PRO.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have:
  • Your login credentials (email and password)
  • Basic information about your real estate business
  • Your market/area of focus

Setup Steps

Complete Your Profile

After logging in, you’ll see the onboarding wizard. Fill in your:
  • Name and contact information
  • Brokerage details (if applicable)
  • Market/area you serve
  • Years of experience
This information helps personalize your experience and AI recommendations.

Set Up Your Market

Configure your target market to get relevant insights and data:
  1. Go to Settings > Market Configuration
  2. Select your primary geographic areas
  3. Choose property types you work with
  4. Set your typical price range

Import Your Contacts

Bring your existing contacts into PULSEIntel PRO:
  1. Navigate to CRM > Contacts
  2. Click Import Contacts
  3. Upload a CSV file or connect your existing CRM
  4. Map your fields and complete the import
Start with your most active contacts first. You can always import more later.

Configure Your AI Agent

Set up your AI voice agent to handle calls:
  1. Go to AI Agents > Agent Settings
  2. Choose a voice and personality for your agent
  3. Set your availability hours
  4. Add your calendar for appointment booking
Your AI agent can answer questions, qualify leads, and schedule appointments 24/7.

Set Your First Goal

Stay motivated with goal tracking:
  1. Navigate to Goal Planning
  2. Click Create Goal
  3. Set a realistic target (e.g., “Close 2 deals this month”)
  4. Break it down into daily tasks
