Your account settings let you customize PULSEIntel PRO to fit your needs and preferences.

Accessing Settings

Click your profile picture or name in the top right corner, then select Settings.

Profile Settings

Personal Information

Update your basic information:
  • Name - How you appear in the app
  • Email - Your login email and where notifications are sent
  • Phone - For account recovery and optional SMS alerts
  • Profile Photo - Displayed in the app and to your team

Edit Your Information

Update any fields you want to change

Save Changes

Click Save at the bottom of the form

Business Information

Keep your business details current:
  • Brokerage Name
  • License Number
  • Years in Business
  • Primary Market/Area
This information is used to personalize your AI recommendations and market insights.

Adjusting Notifications

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings > Notifications

Choose Your Preferences

Toggle each notification type on or off

Set Quiet Hours

Optionally set times when you don’t want push notifications
We recommend keeping lead notifications and follow-up alerts on. These help you respond quickly and never miss important opportunities.

Display Preferences

Customize how PULSEIntel PRO looks and feels:
  • Theme - Light mode, dark mode, or match your system
  • Default View - Choose which page opens when you log in
  • Date Format - MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
  • Time Zone - Ensure your calendar and reminders are accurate

Market Configuration

Set up your market preferences for better insights:
  1. Geographic Areas - Cities, zip codes, or neighborhoods you serve
  2. Property Types - Residential, commercial, land, etc.
  3. Price Ranges - Your typical transaction values
  4. Specializations - First-time buyers, luxury, investment, etc.

Data Export

You can export your data at any time:
  • Contacts - Download a CSV of all your contacts
  • Activities - Export your logged interactions
  • Reports - Generate PDF reports of your analytics
Data exports may take a few minutes to prepare. You’ll receive an email with a download link when it’s ready.

Connected Accounts

Link external services to enhance your experience:
  • Calendar - Google Calendar or Outlook for appointment sync
  • Email - Connect your email for automatic logging
  • Social Media - Link accounts for Content Studio
