  • What content types perform best
  • Which days and times get most engagement
  • Which platforms drive the most response
  • What topics resonate with your audience

Content Recycling

Great content can be reused strategically:

Evergreen Content

Some content stays relevant:
  • Market tips
  • Buyer/seller guides
  • Neighborhood features
  • Testimonials
Save these to your library and reschedule periodically.

Repurposing

Turn one piece of content into many:
  • Long blog post → Multiple social posts
  • Video → Quote graphics
  • Listing photos → Before/after posts
  • Client testimonial → Multiple quote cards

Troubleshooting

Check that:
  • Account is still connected
  • Post doesn’t violate platform rules
  • Account permissions are current
You need a Business or Creator account. Convert your personal account in Instagram settings.
Try:
  • Posting at different times
  • Adding more images/video
  • Asking questions
  • Responding to comments quickly
Instagram limits recent hashtag use. Vary your hashtags and avoid banned tags.
