Security Best Practices

Don’t reuse passwords from other sites. Use a password manager to create and store complex passwords.
2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.
Check your active sessions monthly. End any sessions you don’t recognize.
Always log out when using public or shared computers. Never save your password on devices you don’t own.
PULSEIntel PRO will never ask for your password via email. Always check the URL before entering your credentials.

Account Recovery

If you’re locked out of your account:
  1. Try the Forgot Password option first
  2. If you have 2FA enabled, use a backup code
  3. If you still can’t access your account, contact [email protected]
For security, we may ask you to verify your identity before restoring access.

Your data security matters to us:
  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
