Changing Your Plan
Upgrading
To upgrade to a higher tier:- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Review the price difference
- Confirm your upgrade
Downgrading
To switch to a lower tier:- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the plan you want
- Acknowledge any feature limitations
- Confirm your change

Updating Your Card
If your card expires or you need to update the details:- Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
- Click the Edit button next to your card
- Update the information
- Click Save
Removing a Payment Method
You can remove a payment method as long as you have another valid method on file. You cannot remove your only payment method while you have an active subscription.Invoices & Receipts
Viewing Invoices
All your invoices are available in the Billing section:- Go to Settings > Billing
- Scroll to Billing History
- Click on any invoice to view details
Downloading Invoices
To download a PDF invoice:- Open the invoice you want
- Click the Download PDF button
- The invoice will download to your device
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:- Invoice number and date
- Plan name and billing period
- Itemized charges
- Payment method used
- Tax information (if applicable)
Billing Issues
Payment Failed
If your payment fails, we’ll:- Send you an email notification
- Retry the payment after 3 days
- Try once more after 7 days
Request a Refund

- Describe the issue
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
