Manage your subscription, view payment history, and track your credit usage from the Billing page.

Accessing Billing

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. On mobile, you can also access billing from the Profile icon in the bottom navigation, then tap Billing

Your Subscription Plan

The Billing page shows your current plan details:
  • Plan name — Which tier you’re subscribed to (Free, Subscriber, or Subscriber Plus)
  • Billing interval — Monthly or yearly
  • Price — Your current subscription rate
  • Status — Active, trialing, or other status

Subscription Tiers

How to Upgrade or Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the billing portal
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Confirm the change
Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, or immediately for upgrades.

Completing Your Subscription on Mobile

If you’re signing up or upgrading from a mobile device:
  1. Tap Billing from your mobile profile or settings
  2. Select your plan and tap Subscribe
  3. Enter your payment information in the secure checkout form
  4. Tap Confirm to complete the subscription
If you encounter an error during mobile checkout, try refreshing the page and attempting again. If the problem persists, try completing the subscription from a desktop browser and contact hello@pulseintelpro.com if the issue continues.

Payment Method

Viewing Your Payment Method

Your current card is displayed on the Billing page showing the card brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), last 4 digits, and expiration date.

Updating Your Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the billing portal
  3. Navigate to Payment Methods
  4. Add a new card or update your existing one

Payment History

The Billing page shows:
  • Last payment — Amount, date, and a link to your invoice
  • Next payment — Upcoming charge amount and date
  • Billing period — Your current billing cycle dates

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click the invoice link next to your last payment, or
  3. Click Manage Billing to access your full invoice history in the billing portal

Credits

PULSEIntel Pro uses a credit system for certain features like AI content generation, agent conversations, and role-play sessions.

Checking Your Balance

Your credit balance is displayed on:
  • The Billing page in Settings
  • The top banner in Content Studio
  • The Credits & Usage tab in Settings (for detailed tracking)

How Credits Work

  • Your subscription includes a monthly credit allocation
  • Credits are consumed when you generate content, chat with AI agents, or complete role-play sessions
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next month
  • Additional credit packs can be purchased if you need more

Credit History

To see a detailed log of how your credits have been used:
  1. Go to Settings > Credits & Usage
  2. View your transaction history showing:
    • Date of each transaction
    • Description (what the credits were used for)
    • Credits added or used
    • Running balance

Types of Credit Transactions

Referrals

Earn benefits by referring other agents to PULSEIntel Pro:
  1. Go to Settings > Referrals
  2. Share your referral link
  3. Earn rewards when your referrals sign up

Having Billing Issues?

If you’re experiencing problems with billing:
  • Check that your payment method is up to date
  • Make sure your card hasn’t expired
  • Contact your bank if payments are being declined
  • Try completing your subscription from a desktop browser if you’re having trouble on mobile
