Viewing Your Subscription

To see your current plan and billing details:

Go to Settings

Click your profile picture, then Settings

Select Billing

Click on the Billing tab in the left sidebar

Review Your Plan

You’ll see your current plan, next billing date, and payment method

Changing Your Plan

Upgrading

To upgrade to a higher tier:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review the price difference
  5. Confirm your upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrading

To switch to a lower tier:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the plan you want
  4. Acknowledge any feature limitations
  5. Confirm your change
Downgrading may limit access to certain features. Make sure to export any data you need before downgrading.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing

Click Payment Methods

Select Payment Methods section

Add New Card

Click Add Payment Method and enter your card details

Set as Default

Optionally set the new card as your default payment method

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

Updating Your Card

If your card expires or you need to update the details:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click the Edit button next to your card
  3. Update the information
  4. Click Save

Removing a Payment Method

You can remove a payment method as long as you have another valid method on file. You cannot remove your only payment method while you have an active subscription.

Invoices & Receipts

Viewing Invoices

All your invoices are available in the Billing section:
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Scroll to Billing History
  3. Click on any invoice to view details

Downloading Invoices

To download a PDF invoice:
  1. Open the invoice you want
  2. Click the Download PDF button
  3. The invoice will download to your device

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan name and billing period
  • Itemized charges
  • Payment method used
  • Tax information (if applicable)

Billing Issues

Payment Failed

If your payment fails, we’ll:
  1. Send you an email notification
  2. Retry the payment after 3 days
  3. Try once more after 7 days
If payment fails three times, your account may be suspended. Update your payment method to restore access.

Request a Refund

If you believe you were charged in error:
  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Include your account email and invoice number
  3. Describe the issue
  4. Our team will respond within 2 business days

Disputes

For billing disputes, contact us at [email protected] before contacting your bank. We can often resolve issues faster directly.

Canceling Your Subscription

We’re sorry to see you go. To cancel:

Go to Billing

Navigate to Settings > Billing

Click Cancel Subscription

Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription

Complete Exit Survey

Tell us why you’re leaving (optional but helpful)

Confirm Cancellation

Click Confirm to finalize
After canceling, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind.

You’re billed on the same date each month (or year for annual plans) based on when you first subscribed.
Yes! Annual billing saves you money. Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan and select the annual option.
Yes, new accounts include a 14-day free trial with access to all Professional features. No credit card required to start.
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can reactivate your account and restore your data within this period.
