Your profile contains the personal and business information that PULSEIntel Pro uses across the platform — from how your AI agents address you to how your content is personalized.

Viewing Your Profile

  1. Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the screen
  2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
  3. You’ll land on the Profile tab by default
On mobile, tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.

What’s in Your Profile

Personal Information

  • Name — Your display name across the platform
  • Email — The Google account email you used to sign in (this cannot be changed)
  • Phone number — Used for RolePlay training calls and contact preferences
  • Profile photo — Displayed in the top bar, AI agent conversations, and exported content

Business Information

  • Brokerage name — Your company or brokerage
  • Role — Your position (agent, broker, team lead, etc.)
  • Years of experience — Helps AI agents calibrate their advice
  • Specializations — Your focus areas (residential, commercial, luxury, etc.)
  • Team information — Team size and structure, if applicable

How to Update Your Profile

  1. Navigate to Settings > Profile
  2. Click into any field to edit it
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save to update
Keeping your profile current helps your AI agents give you better, more personalized advice. If you change brokerages, move to a new market, or add a specialization, update your profile right away.

Your Market Territory

Your market settings tell PULSEIntel Pro where you work, which powers:
  • Localized content generation in the Content Studio
  • Market intelligence data in your MORO score
  • AI agent context when discussing market conditions
To update your market territory:
  1. Go to Settings > Market
  2. Update your city, state, zip codes, and market details
  3. Click Save

Profile Photo

To add or change your profile photo:
  1. Go to Settings > Profile
  2. Click on your current photo (or the placeholder icon)
  3. Upload a new image from your device
  4. Click Save
Your photo appears in the navigation bar, AI agent conversations, and any exported documents like PDF reports.
