Getting Started and Signing In
What BPS is
BPS stands for Brokerage Performance Suite. It is where your training lives. You sign in, take your courses, track your progress, and connect with other agents in the community. In BPS you only manage yourself. Your account, your courses, and your progress are yours. You never add, change, or reset another person’s account. If something needs a change you cannot reach, ask your Manager. What you need before you start
You need the username and password from your welcome email. Keep that email until you have signed in and set your own password. How to sign in
- Open the BPS sign in page.
- Type your username.
- Type your password.
- Click Sign In.
Set your own password
Change your password the first time you sign in. Pick one only you know. The system checks every new password against a set of rules. Follow the rules shown on the screen. In general:- Make it long.
- Mix upper case and lower case letters.
- Add numbers or symbols.
- Do not use common words, your name, or your brokerage name.

- Click the course name to open it.
If your account locks
Too many wrong password tries will lock your account. The screen will tell you the account is locked.- Stop trying passwords. More tries will not unlock it.
- Contact your Manager and tell them your account is locked.
- Your Manager can unlock your account and, if needed, reset your password.
- Sign in again with the new password, then set your own password right away.
