# Security
Source: https://docs.pulseintelpro.com/account/security
How to keep your PULSEIntel Pro account secure
PULSEIntel Pro takes the security of your account and data seriously. Here's what you need to know about keeping your account safe.
## How Sign-In Works
PULSEIntel Pro uses **Google OAuth** for authentication. This means:
* You sign in with your existing Google account
* PULSEIntel Pro never stores your Google password
* Your sign-in security is managed by Google, including any two-factor authentication you've set up on your Google account
* Sessions stay active until you sign out or your session expires
Enable **two-factor authentication (2FA)** on your Google account for the strongest protection. This secures both your Google account and your PULSEIntel Pro access. You can set this up at [myaccount.google.com/security](https://myaccount.google.com/security).
## Session Timeout
For your security, PULSEIntel Pro automatically signs you out after **30 minutes of inactivity**. This protects your account if you step away from your computer or leave a browser tab open.
* You'll see a warning before the session expires so you have a chance to stay signed in
* Any unsaved work will be preserved — you'll pick up where you left off after signing back in
* On mobile, the app keeps your session active as long as the app is in the foreground
If you're being signed out more frequently than expected, check that you're not leaving the app idle for extended periods on shared devices.
## Security Settings
To access security settings:
1. Go to **Settings > Security**
2. Review and manage your security preferences
### What You Can Do
* **Review active sessions** — See where your account is currently signed in
* **Sign out of all sessions** — Force sign-out from all devices if you suspect unauthorized access
* **Review connected services** — See which integrations have access to your account data
## Protecting Your Account
### Use a Strong Google Account
Since PULSEIntel Pro relies on Google Sign-In, your Google account security is your first line of defense:
* Use a strong, unique password for your Google account
* Enable 2-step verification on your Google account
* Regularly review your Google account's security checkup at [myaccount.google.com](https://myaccount.google.com)
### Be Careful on Shared Devices
* Always sign out of PULSEIntel Pro when using a shared or public computer
* Don't check "Remember me" or stay signed into Google on shared devices
* Use your browser's private/incognito mode on shared computers
### Watch for Suspicious Activity
If you notice anything unusual in your account:
* Contacts you didn't add
* Tasks you didn't create
* Settings that have changed
* Sign-in notifications you don't recognize
Take these steps immediately:
1. Change your Google account password
2. Go to **Settings > Security** and sign out of all sessions
3. Review your connected integrations and remove any you don't recognize
4. Contact [hello@pulseintelpro.com](mailto:hello@pulseintelpro.com) to report the issue
## Your Data

* Contacts and CRM data you've entered
* Goals, tasks, and activity history
* Generated content and conversation history with AI agents
* Billing and subscription information
* Call recordings and transcripts (if you use PHOENIX)
### Who Can See Your Data?
* **Only you** can access your account data
* Your data is isolated from other users on the platform
* AI agents only have access to your data — never other users' information
* PULSEIntel Pro support staff may access your account data only when assisting you with a support request
### Data Retention
PULSEIntel Pro retains your data according to the following schedule:
| Data Type | Retention Period |
| ----------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |

* Contact [hello@pulseintelpro.com](mailto:hello@pulseintelpro.com) to request a data export
* Administrators can access export tools in the admin settings

Getting the most out of PULSEIntel Pro means building daily habits around the platform. Here are proven strategies from top-performing agents.
## Build a Daily Routine
The most successful PULSEIntel Pro users follow a consistent daily rhythm:
**Morning (15 minutes)**
1. Open your **Dashboard** and review today's AI-generated action plan
2. Check the **Daily Brief** card for your current scores and streak

**Throughout the Day**

5\. Use the **Content Studio** to create and schedule your daily social media post
6\. Check the **CRM** after meetings to update contact statuses and add notes
**End of Day (5 minutes)**
7\. Review any remaining tasks — snooze what you'll do tomorrow, skip what's no longer relevant
8\. Check your **Goals** progress to see how today moved the needle
## Get More from Your AI Agents
### Talk to NOVA Like a Business Partner
NOVA is your AI executive assistant. The more context you give her, the better her advice. Instead of asking "What should I do?", try:
* "I have 3 listing presentations this week. Help me prioritize my prep."
* "My pipeline has stalled this month. What activities should I focus on?"
* "Draft a follow-up strategy for the leads I met at last weekend's open house."
### Keep Your Agent Guidelines Updated
Each AI agent has customizable guidelines that shape how they respond to you. Visit the **Guidelines** panel on the AI Agents page to:
* Set your preferred communication tone (professional, conversational, direct)
* Add context about your brand voice and target market
* Specify any topics or approaches you want the agents to emphasize or avoid
### Upload to Your Knowledge Base
Give your agents better context by uploading documents to the **Knowledge Base** panel:
* Your brokerage's marketing materials
* Market reports for your area
* Past listing presentations that performed well
* Scripts and talking points you already use
## Keep Your CRM Current
Your CRM data powers many features across the platform — goal tracking, task generation, and intelligence scoring all rely on up-to-date contacts.
**Do this weekly:**
* Add new contacts from open houses, referrals, and networking events
* Update pipeline stages when deals move forward
* Log activities (calls, meetings, emails) to keep your activity scores accurate
* Tag contacts for easy segmentation when creating marketing campaigns
**Pro tip:** If you use Lofty or Follow Up Boss, connect your CRM in [Settings](/account/settings) to sync contacts and activities automatically.
## Make the Most of Content Studio
* **Set your preferences first** — Go to the Preferences tab and configure your default tone, content length, and market focus. This saves you time on every generation.
* **Use weekly content packs** — The calendar view shows pre-planned content topics for each day. Generate all your weekly content on Monday morning and you're set.
* **Personalize before posting** — AI-generated content is a great starting point. Add a personal anecdote, local detail, or your own voice before publishing.
* **Build your template library** — Save content that performs well and use it as inspiration for future generations.
## Track Goals Consistently
* **Review weekly** — Check your Goals page at least once a week to stay aware of your progress
* **Sync from CRM** — If you're logging activities in the CRM, use the "Sync from CRM" button to automatically update your goal progress
* **Read the AI insights** — The Insights tab on the Goals page provides actionable recommendations based on your current trajectory
* **Adjust when needed** — If a goal is consistently showing "At Risk," consider adjusting your daily activities or the goal target itself. It's better to have realistic targets you can push toward.
## Use Intelligence Scores to Improve
Your **PGIC Intelligence Score** is made up of three components:
* **PULSE** — Measures how consistently you execute daily tasks. Keep this high by completing your dashboard tasks every day.
* **GANE** — Tracks how effectively you use the platform's tools. Explore features like automations, templates, and the Marketing Hub to boost this score.
* **MORO** — Analyzes your market opportunity. This improves as you define your market territory and the system gathers local data.
Check the Intelligence page weekly to spot trends and act on the recommendations.
## Practice with RolePlay
* **Start with beginner scenarios** — Build confidence before moving to advanced objection handling
* **Review your analysis** — After each session, read the performance breakdown carefully. Focus on one area to improve at a time.
* **Save useful scripts** — Browse the Scripts tab for pre-built objection handling guides. Export them as PDFs to review before client meetings.
* **Practice regularly** — Even 10 minutes a week of role-play practice measurably improves your real-world conversations.
## Stay Organized
* **Use one platform** — PULSEIntel Pro works best when you centralize your workflow here rather than splitting across multiple tools
* **Check notifications** — The notification bell in the top bar keeps you informed about important updates
* **Keep your profile current** — An up-to-date profile helps AI agents give you personalized advice. Update it in [Profile](/account/profile) whenever your business changes.

* Updating your **Guidelines** in the SIRIUS agent tab for deeper customization
Setting your preferences saves you time on every generation. Do this once and your content will consistently match your brand voice.
## Types of Content You Can Create
| Content Type | What It Is | Best For |
| ----------------------- | -------------------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| **Social Media Post** | Platform-ready post with caption | Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn |
| **Email Script** | Professional email body | Database nurturing, follow-ups |
| **Phone Script** | Call talking points | Prospecting calls, check-ins |
| **Text/DM Template** | Short direct message | Quick outreach, responses |
| **Blog Post** | Long-form article | Website content, SEO |
| **Listing Description** | Property description | MLS listings, marketing materials |
## How AI Content Generation Works
When you generate content, PULSEIntel Pro:
1. Takes your selected topic and content type
2. Applies your tone and length preferences
3. Incorporates your **market data** (local statistics, neighborhood info) so content is relevant to your area
4. Creates unique, personalized content in seconds
## Credits
Content generation uses credits from your account:
* Your credit balance is shown at the top of the Content Studio
* Each generation consumes a small number of credits
* Your subscription includes a monthly credit allocation
* Need more? You can purchase additional credits in [Billing](/account/billing)
If you're running low on credits, you'll see a warning before generating.
## Tips for Great Content
* **Personalize before posting** — AI content is a great starting point. Add a personal touch, local detail, or your own experience before sharing.
* **Be consistent** — Use the weekly packs to post something every day. Consistency is key for building your online presence.
* **Match the platform** — A LinkedIn post should feel different from an Instagram caption. Adjust the tone for each platform.
* **Batch your content** — Use the calendar to schedule a full week of posts in one sitting, then let it run on autopilot.
* **Save what works** — When a post gets great engagement, note what made it resonate and ask for more like it.
# CRM
Source: https://docs.pulseintelpro.com/features/crm
Manage your contacts, pipeline, conversations, transactions, and more in one place
The built-in CRM keeps all your contacts, deals, and communications organized. It's designed specifically for real estate, so it understands pipeline stages, transaction values, and the way agents actually manage relationships.
## Getting There
Click **CRM** in the left sidebar. You'll see tabs across the top for different views.
## Contacts
Your main contact list shows everyone in your database.
### Viewing Contacts
* Contacts are displayed in a table with name, phone, email, status, and pipeline stage
* Click any contact to see their full details in the right panel
* Use the **search bar** to find contacts by name, email, or phone number
* **Filter** by lead status, pipeline stage, tags, or other criteria to narrow your view
### Adding a Contact
1. Click **Add Contact**
2. Fill in their information (name, email, phone, etc.)
3. Set their lead status and pipeline stage
4. Click **Save**
### Importing Contacts in Bulk
If you have a list of contacts in a spreadsheet:
1. Click the **Import** button
2. Upload your CSV file (.csv format — if you have an Excel file, save it as CSV first)
3. Map your columns to PULSEIntel Pro fields (match "First Name" in your file to the First Name field, etc.)
4. Preview the import to confirm everything looks right
5. Click **Import**
CSV files must have at least a name column to import. Files larger than 500 contacts should be split into smaller batches to avoid timeouts. Special characters in your file may cause import errors — remove or replace them if the import fails.
### Contact Details
Click any contact to see their full profile in the right panel:
* **Contact info** — Name, email, phone, and all details (editable inline)
* **Custom fields** — Additional fields specific to your business (buyer timeline, price range, property type preferences, etc.)
* **Activity timeline** — A history of every interaction with this contact
* **Notes** — Add and view notes about the relationship
* **Tags** — Organize contacts with custom labels for easy filtering
* **Linked transactions** — Any deals associated with this contact
### Organizing Contacts
Keep your database clean and actionable:
* **Tags** — Add custom labels to group contacts (e.g., "sphere of influence," "hot buyer," "past client")
* **Lead Status** — Track where a contact is in your funnel (New, Active, Nurture, Closed, Archive)
* **Search & Filter** — Combine search and filters to build targeted lists for outreach
## Pipeline
The Pipeline view shows your deals as a visual board:
* Each column represents a **stage** in your sales process (New Lead, Contacted, Qualifying, Under Contract, Closed, etc.)
* Each card represents a contact with their deal value
* **Drag and drop** contacts between stages as deals progress
* See at a glance how many deals are in each stage and their total value
The Pipeline view is the fastest way to get a snapshot of your business. Check it weekly to make sure no deals are stuck in a stage too long.
## Conversations
Manage all your communications with contacts in one place:
* **SMS** — View and send text messages to any contact
* **Email** — Read and compose email threads linked to your contacts
* **Voice** — Review call history and listen to recordings
All incoming and outgoing messages are logged automatically to the contact's activity timeline.
## Activities
Log every interaction with your contacts to maintain an accurate relationship history.

* **Timeline** — Key dates (contract date, inspection deadline, financing deadline, closing date)
* **Parties** — Buyer, seller, co-op agent, title company, lender, and other parties involved

# Your Dashboard
Source: https://docs.pulseintelpro.com/features/dashboard
Your daily command center with AI-generated tasks, performance tracking, and insights
The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open PULSEIntel Pro. Think of it as your daily game plan — an AI-generated action list that tells you exactly what to focus on today to move your business forward.
## Your Daily Brief
At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see a summary card with your key numbers:
* **Your Intelligence Score** — Your overall PGIC performance score
* **Tasks completed today** — How many items you've knocked out
* **Goal progress** — A quick look at how you're tracking toward your production targets
* **Your streak** — How many consecutive days you've completed your tasks
## Your Task List
Every day, PULSEIntel Pro generates a personalized action plan based on your goals, pipeline, and past activity. You'll also see follow-up tasks from your CRM and any tasks you've created manually.
### How Tasks Are Organized
Your tasks are grouped by importance:
1. **Priority Tasks** — The most impactful items for today. Start here.
2. **Secondary Tasks** — Important but less urgent activities
3. **Completed Tasks** — Everything you've finished today
### Filtering Your Tasks
Use the filter buttons at the top to focus on what matters:
* **All** — See everything on your plate
* **Completed** — Review what you've accomplished
* **High Priority** — Focus on the most important items only
* **In Progress** — See tasks you've started but not finished
You can also use the **search bar** to find a specific task by name.
### What You Can Do with Each Task
| Action | What It Does |
| ------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Complete** | Mark the task as done — you'll be asked to log the outcome (see below) |
| **Snooze** | Push the task to tomorrow if you can't get to it today |
| **Skip** | Remove the task from your list. PULSEIntel Pro may suggest a replacement. |
| **Start** | Mark the task as in progress so you can track what you're working on |
### Logging Outcomes
When you complete a task, a quick form pops up asking:
* **How did it go?** — Rate the interaction on a 1-5 scale
* **Leads generated** — How many new leads came from this activity?
* **Appointments set** — Did you book any appointments?
* **Notes** — Anything you want to remember about this interaction
Logging outcomes is one of the most valuable habits you can build. This data feeds directly into your Intelligence scores and goal tracking, giving you a clearer picture of what's working.
## Sidebar Panels
On the right side of your Dashboard (or accessible via the panel icon on mobile), you'll find helpful widgets:
### Insights Panel
A snapshot of today's performance:
* What percentage of your tasks you've completed
* Estimated productive time invested
* Progress toward your current goal deadlines
### Top Contacts
The contacts in your CRM who need your attention most, ranked by factors like:
* How long it's been since you last reached out
* Where they are in your pipeline
* Their deal value
### Relationship Maintenance
Contacts who haven't heard from you in a while. These are the people who might slip through the cracks without a quick check-in call or message.
### AI Coach
Personalized coaching tips based on your activity patterns and Intelligence scores. The AI Coach might suggest adjusting your daily approach or highlighting trends in your performance.
## Tips for Getting the Most from Your Dashboard
* **Check it every morning** — Make it the first thing you open. Your AI-generated plan is designed to prioritize what matters most today.
* **Complete tasks in order** — Priority tasks are ranked by impact. Working top-down ensures you're always focusing on what moves the needle.
* **Always log outcomes** — Even a quick note helps. The more data PULSEIntel Pro has, the smarter your future action plans become.
* **Don't ignore the sidebar** — The Top Contacts and Relationship Maintenance widgets catch things your task list might miss.
# Goals & Production Planning
Source: https://docs.pulseintelpro.com/features/goals
Set income targets, track your progress, and get AI-powered insights to stay on track
The Goals page helps you set production targets and track your progress toward them in real time. It takes the guesswork out of knowing whether you're on pace for the year.
## Getting There
Click **Goals** in the left sidebar. You'll see three tabs across the top: **Tracking**, **Insights**, and **Planner**.
## Tracking Tab
This is your main goals view, showing everything at a glance.
### Your Key Numbers
At the top, you'll see six performance cards:
* **Total Pipeline Value** — The combined value of all deals in your pipeline
* **Total GCI** — Your gross commission income across all pipeline contacts
* **Total Contacts** — How many contacts are in your CRM
* **Year Closed Volume** — Total value of deals you've closed this year
* **Year Closed Units** — Number of deals closed this year
* **Year In-Contract Volume** — Value of deals currently under contract
### Goal Progress Overview
Four summary cards give you the big picture:
* **Overall Progress** — A weighted average across all your active goals
* **Year-to-Date GCI** — Where you are vs. your annual income target
* **Quarterly Progress** — How you're doing on goals due this quarter
* **Year-End Pace** — Are you ahead or behind where you should be at this point in the year?
### Your Production Goals
Your four main production targets are displayed with progress bars:
* **Total GCI** — Your annual income goal
* **Total Buyers Closed** — Number of buyer deals to close
* **Total Listings Closed** — Number of listing deals to close
* **Total Sales Volume** — Total dollar volume target
Each goal shows:
* A progress bar showing how far you've come
* A status badge: **On Track** (green), **Slightly Behind** (yellow), or **At Risk** (red)
* A **confidence score** — your estimated probability of hitting the goal based on your current pace and historical performance
* An AI-recommended next step
* An **Update Progress** button
### Activity Drivers
Below your production goals, you'll see your top activity goals — things like calls made, appointments set, or open houses held — with progress bars.
### Performance Chart
A line chart comparing your **expected pace** (where you should be based on time elapsed) with your **actual progress** month by month.
## Insights Tab
Click the **Insights** tab to get AI-powered analysis of your goal trajectory:
* **Performance Analysis** — A summary of how you're doing and what the data says
* **Recommended Actions** — Specific things you can do this week to get back on track (or stay ahead)
* **Weekly Focus** — The single most important area to concentrate on
Click the **refresh button** to generate fresh insights at any time.
## Planner Tab
The **Production Planner** is where you set up (or adjust) your annual targets. It works by reverse-engineering your income goal:
1. Enter your **annual income target**
2. Set your **average commission rate** and **average deal size**
3. The planner automatically calculates:
* How many total deals you need
* How many buyer and listing deals
* Monthly and weekly activity targets
* Required appointments, contacts, and lead sources
This gives you a clear daily and weekly "number" to hit, removing the guesswork from your business planning.
## Goal Categories
PULSEIntel Pro organizes goals into four categories:
| Category | Examples |
| ------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Production** | Total GCI, closed volume, units sold, average sale price |
| **Activity** | Calls made, appointments set, open houses held, emails sent |
| **Marketing** | Social media posts, database touches, listing presentations |
| **Personal Development** | Training hours, role-play sessions, courses completed |
A healthy goal plan includes goals from multiple categories — production goals tell you what to achieve, while activity goals tell you how to get there.
## Setting SMART Goals
The most effective goals are **Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound**:
| Element | What It Means | Example |
| -------------- | ---------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| **Specific** | Clear target with no ambiguity | "Close 24 buyer transactions" not "sell more homes" |
| **Measurable** | A number you can track | "24 transactions" |
| **Achievable** | Realistic given your market and capacity | Based on your historical conversion rates |
| **Relevant** | Tied to your larger income goal | 24 transactions × average commission = your GCI goal |
| **Time-bound** | Has a deadline | "By December 31" |
## Breaking Down Annual Goals to Daily Tasks
Your annual goals automatically drive your daily task list on the Dashboard:
1. Set your annual production goal in the Planner
2. The planner calculates monthly, weekly, and daily targets
3. These targets generate daily tasks (calls to make, appointments to set, etc.) on your Dashboard
4. Each day, complete your tasks and log outcomes
5. Your goal progress updates automatically
This Daily Pulse keeps you focused on the right activities every day, not just the big-picture numbers.
## Managing Your Goals
### Adding a New Goal
1. Click the **Add Goal** button
2. Choose a category: **Production**, **Activity**, **Marketing**, or **Personal Development**
3. Set your target value, unit, and deadline
4. Optionally set a confidence target (how likely you expect to hit it)
5. Click **Save**
### Updating Your Progress
1. Click **Update Progress** on any goal
2. Enter your new numbers
3. Optionally link the update to a CRM contact or transaction for verification
4. Click **Save**
### Goal Templates
Not sure where to start? Use a pre-built template:
* **New Agent** — Conservative targets for agents in their first 1-2 years
* **Growth** — Mid-range targets for established agents scaling their business
* **Top Producer** — Aggressive targets for high-volume producers
Select a template and customize the numbers to fit your market and experience level.
### Syncing from Your CRM
If you've connected an external CRM (Lofty or Follow Up Boss):
1. Click the **Sync from CRM** button
2. PULSEIntel Pro pulls your latest data and updates matching goals automatically
This also works with the built-in CRM — activities and closed deals you track there are synced to your goals.
Syncing from CRM is the easiest way to keep your goals accurate. If you're logging your deals and activities in the CRM, your goals will update themselves.
## Exporting Your Goals
You can save or share your goals:
* **Print** — Click the print icon to open a print-friendly view
* **Download PDF** — Click the download icon to save a formatted PDF with your production goals and activity targets

* A **Start** button to begin practicing
### Browsing All Scenarios
Scroll down to browse the full library of scenarios. You can:
* **Filter by category** — Focus on buyer conversations, seller conversations, objections, negotiations, etc.
* **Filter by difficulty** — Start with beginner scenarios and work your way up
* **Search by name** — Looking for something specific? Type it in the search bar
### Custom Scenarios
On the **Subscriber Plus** plan, you can create your own scenarios:
* Define the situation and context
* Describe the person you'll be talking to
* Set specific objections or challenges you want to practice
## How a RolePlay Session Works
Choose a scenario from the Search tab and click **Start**.
PULSEIntel Pro calls your phone number (the one in your profile). Answer the call to begin.
The AI plays the role of a client — maybe a skeptical buyer, a price-sensitive seller, or someone with a specific objection. Have a natural conversation and practice your techniques.
When you're done, hang up or click **End Session**. The call is automatically recorded and transcribed.
AI analyzes your performance and gives you detailed scores and suggestions.
Make sure your phone number is correct in your [Profile](/account/profile) before starting a session. That's the number PULSEIntel Pro will call.
## Results Tab — Review Your Performance
After each session, you can review how you did.
### Session History
A table showing all your past sessions with:
* Date and time
* Which scenario you practiced
* How long the session lasted
* Your overall score
Click any session to see the full analysis.
### Performance Analysis
When you click a session, you'll see scores for:
* **Active Listening** — How well you listened to the AI client
* **Validating Feelings** — How effectively you showed empathy and acknowledged concerns
* **Voice Sentiment** — Analysis of your tone and energy during the conversation
* **Objection Handling** — How well you addressed the client's pushback
### Listen Back and Read the Transcript
* **Play the recording** — Listen to the full conversation to hear how you sounded
* **Download the transcript** — Save a text file of the entire conversation for review
## Scripts Tab — Objection Handling Library
A library of scripts to help you handle common real estate objections.
### Script Categories
Scripts are organized by objection type:
* **Price objections** — "Your price is too high" / "I can get a better deal elsewhere"
* **Commission objections** — "Why should I pay that commission rate?"
* **Timing objections** — "I'm not ready to buy/sell right now"
* **Competition objections** — "Another agent offered me a better deal"
* **General objections** — Common pushback and how to handle it
### What's in Each Script
Every script includes:
* A clear description of the objection
* A recommended response framework
* Example dialogue showing how to handle it
* Tips and variations for different situations
### Exporting Scripts
Click **Export as PDF** to save any script as a formatted PDF. Great for reviewing before client meetings or printing out for your desk.
## Tips for Getting the Most from RolePlay
* **Start with beginner scenarios** — Build your confidence before tackling advanced objections
* **Practice regularly** — Even 10-15 minutes a week makes a noticeable difference in real conversations
* **Focus on one area at a time** — If your "Active Listening" score is low, work on that specifically before moving to other areas
* **Review your recordings** — Listening back is often more revealing than the scores alone
* **Use scripts before sessions** — Read through relevant scripts from the Scripts tab before practicing a scenario in that category
* **Track your progress** — Watch your scores improve over time in the Results tab

# Quick Start Guide

Get signed in and start using PULSEIntel Pro in minutes
This guide walks you through signing in for the first time, completing your setup, and finding your way around the platform.
**Don't have an account yet?** Create one at [pulseintelpro.com](https://pulseintelpro.com) before continuing.
## Signing In
PULSEIntel Pro uses **Google Sign-In** to keep things simple and secure. You don't need to create a separate password.
Navigate to the PULSEIntel Pro app in your web browser. You'll see the sign-in page.
Click the **Sign in with Google** button. You'll be redirected to Google's sign-in page where you can select your Google account. If you're already signed into Google, you may be signed in automatically.
The first time you sign in, Google will ask you to authorize PULSEIntel Pro to access your basic profile information (name and email). Click **Allow** to continue.
Use the same Google account every time you sign in. Your PULSEIntel Pro account is linked to your Google email address.
## Setting Up Your Account
After your first sign-in, you'll be guided through a setup wizard. This only takes a few minutes, and it helps PULSEIntel Pro personalize everything for you.
Enter your name, phone number, and upload a profile photo. This information appears across the platform and in your AI agent interactions.
Share your brokerage name, role, years of experience, and specializations. This helps our AI agents understand your business context and give you better recommendations.
Tell us where you work — your city, state, and target zip codes. This powers localized content generation and market intelligence features.
Enter your annual income target. The **Production Planner** automatically breaks this down into the number of deals, appointments, and contacts you'll need each month and week to hit your goals.
Set your working hours, preferred communication style, content tone, and notification preferences. You can always change these later in [Settings](/account/settings).
Get introduced to your AI team — NOVA, SIRIUS, and VEGA. Each agent is customizable, and you can adjust their guidelines at any time. Learn more in [AI Agents](/features/ai-agents).
You'll need to complete the setup wizard before you can access the rest of the platform. If you need to step away, your progress is saved and you can pick up where you left off next time you sign in.
## Finding Your Way Around
### On Desktop
Your screen is organized into a few key areas:
* **Left sidebar** — Your main menu. Click any item to navigate to that section (Dashboard, AI Agents, Goals, CRM, Content Studio, etc.)
* **Top bar** — Search for anything, check your notifications, and access your profile
* **Page tabs** — When you're inside a section like CRM or AI Agents, you'll see tabs across the top to switch between views (e.g., Contacts, Pipeline, Conversations)
* **Right panel** — A detail panel that shows additional information based on what you're viewing (contact details, AI insights, content previews, etc.)
### On Mobile
PULSEIntel Pro is fully optimized for your phone:
* **Bottom navigation bar** — Tap to switch between the main sections
* **Pull down to refresh** — Pull down on most pages to load the latest data
* **Slide-in panels** — Tap items to see details in a panel that slides in from the right

# Common Issues

Answers to frequently asked questions and common problems
## Pages or Data Not Loading
**What's happening:** A page shows a loading spinner that never goes away, or data that should be there appears blank.
**Try these steps:**
1. **Refresh the page** — Press F5 or click the refresh button in your browser
2. **Pull to refresh on mobile** — Pull down from the top of the page
3. **Check your internet connection** — Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data (see [Connectivity Issues](/troubleshooting/connectivity-issues))
4. **Clear your browser cache** — Sometimes old cached data can cause issues
5. **Try a different browser** — If the issue persists, try Chrome, Safari, or Firefox
If the problem continues, contact [hello@pulseintelpro.com](mailto:hello@pulseintelpro.com).
## AI Agents Not Responding
**What's happening:** You send a message to NOVA, SIRIUS, or VEGA and don't get a response, or the response takes a very long time.
**Try these steps:**
1. **Wait a moment** — AI responses can occasionally take 10-15 seconds during peak usage
2. **Refresh the page** — This clears the current conversation session and lets you start fresh
3. **Check your credits** — If you've run out of credits, AI features may be limited. Check your balance in [Billing](/account/billing).
4. **Try again later** — If the AI service is experiencing high demand, responses may be temporarily delayed
## Content Not Generating
**What's happening:** You click Generate in the Content Studio or Marketing Hub but nothing happens or you get an error.
**Possible causes:**
* **Insufficient credits** — Check your credit balance at the top of the Content Studio. If it's zero, you'll need to wait for your monthly refill or purchase more in [Billing](/account/billing).
* **Network issue** — Make sure you have a stable internet connection
* **Try a different topic** — Occasionally certain topic combinations may cause issues. Try simplifying your request.
## Dashboard Tasks Not Appearing
**What's happening:** You open your Dashboard and the task list is empty.
**Possible causes:**
* **First-time setup** — Tasks are generated based on your goals and production plan. If you haven't completed the [setup wizard](/quickstart), tasks won't be generated yet.
* **All tasks completed** — If you've finished everything for today, the list may be empty. Check the "Completed" filter to see what you've done.
* **Data still loading** — Wait a few seconds for the page to fully load. On slower connections, this may take a moment.
## Goals Showing Wrong Numbers
**What's happening:** Your goal progress doesn't match what you expect.
**Try these steps:**
1. **Sync from CRM** — Click the **Sync from CRM** button on the Goals page to pull the latest data from your CRM
2. **Check your CRM data** — Make sure your contacts have the correct deal values, closing dates, and lead statuses in the CRM
3. **Update manually** — Click **Update Progress** on any goal to enter the correct numbers yourself
## RolePlay Call Not Connecting
**What's happening:** You start a RolePlay session but your phone never rings.
**Check these things:**
1. **Phone number** — Make sure your phone number is correct in your [Profile](/account/profile). Include the country code if needed.
2. **Phone ringer** — Check that your phone isn't on silent or Do Not Disturb mode
3. **Call blocking** — Some phones block unknown numbers by default. Check your phone's call blocking settings.
4. **Wait a moment** — The call may take 15-30 seconds to initiate after clicking Start
## CRM Import Failing
**What's happening:** You try to import contacts from a CSV file but get an error.
**Common fixes:**
* **Check your file format** — Make sure it's a .csv file (not .xlsx or .xls). If you have an Excel file, save it as CSV first.
* **Check for special characters** — Remove any special characters in the file that might cause parsing issues
* **Required fields** — Make sure your CSV includes at least a name column
* **File size** — Very large files may time out. Try splitting your list into smaller batches (500 contacts per file)
## Mobile Subscription or Payment Not Going Through
**What's happening:** You're trying to subscribe or upgrade on your phone but the checkout doesn't complete, or you get an error.
**Try these steps:**
1. **Refresh and retry** — Close the checkout screen, return to Billing, and try again
2. **Check your payment details** — Make sure the card number, expiration date, and CVV are entered correctly
3. **Try a different card** — If one card is declined, try another
4. **Contact your bank** — Some banks flag mobile purchases from new merchants. Call to authorize the charge.
5. **Switch to desktop** — If mobile checkout continues to fail, open PULSEIntel Pro in a desktop browser and complete the subscription there
6. **Contact support** — If none of the above works, reach out to [hello@pulseintelpro.com](mailto:hello@pulseintelpro.com) and we'll help you get set up manually
## Getting Signed Out Unexpectedly
**What's happening:** You're being signed out of PULSEIntel Pro without logging out yourself.
**Why this happens:**
* PULSEIntel Pro automatically signs you out after **30 minutes of inactivity** for security reasons
* Your session may also expire if you have connectivity issues that interrupt your connection
**What to do:**
1. Sign back in with your Google account — this takes just a moment
2. Your data and unsaved work will be waiting for you
3. If you're frequently signed out while actively using the app, check your internet connection
To avoid unexpected sign-outs, keep the app active while you're working. If you step away, expect to need to sign back in after 30 minutes.
## Can't Find a Feature
**What's happening:** A feature described in this help center doesn't appear in your app.
**Possible reasons:**
* **Subscription tier** — Some features are only available on Subscriber or Subscriber Plus plans. Check [what's included in your plan](/quickstart#whats-included-in-your-plan).
* **Setup not complete** — Certain features require completing the onboarding wizard first
* **Mobile vs. desktop** — Some features have a simplified view on mobile. Try accessing the feature on a desktop browser for the full experience.
## Something Else?
If you're experiencing an issue not covered here:
* Check [Login Problems](/troubleshooting/login-problems) for sign-in issues
* Check [Connectivity Issues](/troubleshooting/connectivity-issues) for network-related problems
* Contact our support team at [hello@pulseintelpro.com](mailto:hello@pulseintelpro.com) with a description of the issue and any error messages you're seeing
# Connectivity Issues
Source: https://docs.pulseintelpro.com/troubleshooting/connectivity-issues
Troubleshoot network and connection problems with PULSEIntel Pro
PULSEIntel Pro is a web-based application that requires an active internet connection. If you're experiencing connectivity problems, this guide will help.
## How to Tell If It's a Connection Issue
You may have a connectivity problem if:
* Pages load slowly or show a spinning indicator that never stops
* You see error messages like "Network error," "Failed to load," or "Connection lost"
* Some parts of the page load but data areas remain blank
* Actions (like saving a contact or generating content) fail with an error
* The page appears to freeze or become unresponsive
## Basic Troubleshooting
Try loading another website (like google.com) to confirm your internet is working. If other sites are also slow or not loading, the issue is with your internet connection, not PULSEIntel Pro.
Press **F5** (or **Cmd + R** on Mac) to reload the page. Many temporary connection hiccups are resolved by a simple refresh.
If PULSEIntel Pro was loading fine earlier and suddenly stopped, there may be a temporary server issue. Wait a minute and try refreshing.
If you're on Wi-Fi, try moving closer to your router or switching to cellular data. If you're on cellular, check that you have adequate signal strength.
Close all browser tabs, quit the browser completely, and reopen it. This clears temporary memory issues that can affect page loading.
## Slow Performance
**What's happening:** PULSEIntel Pro loads but everything feels sluggish — pages take a long time, clicks feel delayed, and content generation is slow.
**Common causes and fixes:**
| Cause | Fix |
| -------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Slow internet connection | Switch to a faster network or move closer to your Wi-Fi router |
| Too many browser tabs open | Close tabs you're not using to free up memory |
| Outdated browser | Update to the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge |
| Browser extensions | Try disabling extensions — some can slow down web apps significantly |
| VPN connection | If you're using a VPN, try disconnecting it. VPNs can add latency. |
## Data Not Saving
**What's happening:** You make changes (like editing a contact or updating a goal) but they don't seem to stick.
**Try these steps:**
1. **Check for error messages** — Look for a red error notification that may appear briefly at the top or bottom of the screen
2. **Refresh and check** — Refresh the page and see if your changes were actually saved. Sometimes the confirmation message just doesn't appear due to a connection blip.
3. **Check your connection** — A dropped connection during a save can cause data loss. Make sure you have a stable connection before making changes.
4. **Try again** — Re-enter your changes and click Save again
## Mobile-Specific Issues
### App Feels Slow on My Phone
* **Close other apps** — Free up your phone's memory by closing apps running in the background
* **Use Wi-Fi when possible** — Mobile data can be inconsistent, especially indoors
* **Clear browser cache** — Go to your browser settings > Clear browsing data > Cached images and files
### Pull-to-Refresh Not Working
* Make sure you're scrolled to the very top of the page before pulling down
* Pull from the content area, not from the navigation bar
* If it still doesn't work, use the refresh button in your browser instead
### Page Looks Broken on Mobile
* **Rotate your screen** — Sometimes switching between portrait and landscape fixes layout issues
* **Clear cache** — Old cached styles can cause display problems after updates
* **Update your browser** — Make sure you're running the latest version
## Browser-Specific Issues
### Chrome
* Make sure you're on the latest version (Menu > Help > About Google Chrome)
* Try disabling extensions one by one to find if one is causing issues
* Clear cache: Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
### Safari
* Make sure you're on the latest macOS/iOS version
* Clear cache: Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
* Check that JavaScript is enabled: Safari > Settings > Security > Enable JavaScript
### Firefox
* Clear cache: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
* Try Safe Mode (Help > Troubleshoot Mode) to see if extensions are causing the issue
### Edge
* Make sure you're on the latest version
* Clear cache: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data
## When to Contact Support
Reach out to [hello@pulseintelpro.com](mailto:hello@pulseintelpro.com) if:
* The issue persists after trying all the steps above
* You see a specific error message that repeats consistently
* Multiple users in your organization are experiencing the same issue (this may indicate a service outage)
* The problem only occurs with specific features (like Content Studio or RolePlay)
When contacting support, please include:
* What you were trying to do when the issue occurred
* Any error messages you saw
* Which browser and device you're using
* Whether the issue happens on both Wi-Fi and cellular data
# Login Problems
Source: https://docs.pulseintelpro.com/troubleshooting/login-problems
Troubleshoot issues signing in to PULSEIntel Pro
PULSEIntel Pro uses **Google Sign-In** for authentication. If you're having trouble signing in, this guide will help you resolve common issues.
## "Sign in with Google" Button Doesn't Work
**Try these steps:**
1. **Check your internet connection** — You need an active internet connection to sign in
2. **Enable JavaScript** — Google Sign-In requires JavaScript to be enabled in your browser
3. **Disable ad blockers** — Some ad blockers or privacy extensions can interfere with Google's sign-in popup. Try temporarily disabling them.
4. **Allow popups** — If your browser blocks popups, the Google sign-in window may not appear. Allow popups for the PULSEIntel Pro website.
5. **Try a different browser** — If the button works in Chrome but not Safari (or vice versa), the issue may be browser-specific
## Google Sign-In Window Appears but Fails
**What's happening:** The Google sign-in window opens, but you get an error after selecting your account.
**Possible causes:**
* **Third-party cookies blocked** — Google Sign-In requires third-party cookies. Check your browser settings and make sure cookies are allowed for Google.
* **Browser is outdated** — Update your browser to the latest version
* **Incognito/Private mode** — Some privacy settings in incognito mode can block Google Sign-In. Try signing in from a regular browser window.
## Signed In with the Wrong Google Account
**What's happening:** You accidentally signed in with a personal Gmail instead of your work account (or vice versa).
**How to fix it:**
1. Sign out of PULSEIntel Pro (click your profile avatar > **Sign Out**)
2. Go to [accounts.google.com](https://accounts.google.com) and make sure the correct Google account is active
3. Return to PULSEIntel Pro and click **Sign in with Google**
4. If multiple accounts appear, carefully select the correct one
Your PULSEIntel Pro account is tied to a specific Google email address. Always sign in with the same Google account you used when you first set up PULSEIntel Pro.
## "Account Not Found" or "Access Denied"
**What's happening:** You sign in with Google successfully, but PULSEIntel Pro says your account isn't found or you don't have access.
**Possible causes:**
* **New account** — If this is your first time, you'll need to create an account first. [Register at pulseintelpro.com](https://pulseintelpro.com) to get started.
* **Wrong email** — You may be signed in with a different Google account than the one linked to your PULSEIntel Pro account
* **Account suspended** — Your account may have been deactivated. Contact your administrator or [hello@pulseintelpro.com](mailto:hello@pulseintelpro.com)
## Session Expired / Signed Out Unexpectedly
**What's happening:** You were using PULSEIntel Pro and suddenly got sent back to the sign-in page.
**Why this happens:**
* Your sign-in session expired due to inactivity
* Your Google account session ended
* You signed out of Google in another tab or on another device
**How to fix it:**
Simply click **Sign in with Google** again. You'll be signed back in immediately if your Google session is still active.
## Can't Sign In on Mobile
**What's happening:** The Google Sign-In doesn't work on your phone or tablet.
**Try these steps:**
1. **Use your phone's default browser** — Google Sign-In works best in Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS)
2. **Avoid in-app browsers** — If you're opening PULSEIntel Pro from a link in email or social media, the in-app browser may not support Google Sign-In. Copy the URL and paste it into your regular browser instead.
3. **Clear browser data** — Go to your browser settings and clear cookies and cache
4. **Update your browser** — Make sure you're running the latest version
## Two-Factor Authentication Issues
**What's happening:** Google is asking for a verification code and you can't complete it.
This is managed by your Google account, not PULSEIntel Pro:
* **Check your phone** — Google may be sending a verification prompt to your phone
* **Use backup codes** — If you set up backup codes for your Google account, you can use one
* **Recovery options** — Visit [accounts.google.com/signin/recovery](https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery) to recover access to your Google account
## Still Can't Sign In?
If none of the above solutions work:
1. Try signing in from a completely different device
2. Make sure you can sign into Google itself at [accounts.google.com](https://accounts.google.com)
3. Contact our support team at [hello@pulseintelpro.com](mailto:hello@pulseintelpro.com) with:
* The Google email address you're trying to sign in with
* What error message (if any) you're seeing
* Which browser and device you're using
