# Live Trainings and Replays

> Where live PWRU trainings happen, where replays live, and how courses work inside BPS.

Power Unit Coaching training comes in two forms. Live sessions happen on Zoom, including weekly Office Hours and scheduled member trainings. Course training lives inside BPS, in the Training Center, where agents take courses at their own pace and Managers assign training and track progress.
