# Seeing Your Progress: My Report Card

## What your report card shows

My Report Card is your personal progress page in BPS. It shows the categories, courses, and chapters you have worked on, and how much of each one you have finished.

You can only see yourself on this report. Your Manager sees the team. Your job is to know your own numbers and keep them moving. This page answers the question every agent asks: what do I still owe?

## How to open your report card

1. Sign in to BPS.
2. Open My Report Card from the Main Menu.
3. Wait for the report to load. It starts with all of your training.

## How to filter the report

The filters at the top of the report narrow down what you see.

### Date Range

Use the Date Range filter to see training from a set time frame. Pick this month to see what you finished this month, or pick a quarter to review a full training push.

### Course Status

The Course Status drop down has five choices:

1. Complete and In Progress
2. Not Started Only
3. In Progress Only
4. Completed Only
5. All

Pick Not Started Only to find courses you still need to begin. Pick In Progress Only to find courses you started but did not finish. That second list is the one to clear first.

## How to read your course progress

Below the filters, the report lists your categories and courses. The Progress column next to each course shows how many chapters you have completed in that course.

If a course shows partial progress, some chapters are done and some are not. Open the course from the report or the Training Center to see which ones are left.

## How to see chapter level detail

1. Click the name of a course in the report.
2. The report opens a breakdown of every chapter in that course.
3. Each chapter shows its status, so you can see what is complete and what is still open.

Use this view when you think you finished a course but it still shows as in progress. Most of the time one chapter was skipped, a video did not play to the end, or submitted work is waiting on a review.

## How to view work you submitted

1. Click the course name to open the chapter breakdown.
2. Find the chapter where you submitted the work.
3. Open it to see the file you uploaded or the text you wrote.

This is handy when your Manager asks about an assignment, or when you want to reuse a plan or script you wrote during training.

## A simple weekly habit

Check your report card once a week. Look for two things: courses stuck in progress, and assigned courses that are not started yet. Five minutes here keeps you from falling behind on due dates.

## What success looks like

You can open your report card and say, without guessing, what you finished, what is half done, and what you owe next.
